There’s a new hiking guidebook in town!

Big news! I am thrilled to announce that after LOTS of trail time and a winter spent translating my notes into text and maps, my new hiking guidebook, “Day Hiking Southcentral Alaska” from Mountaineers Books, is finally available for preorder. It includes one hundred hikes, spanning all the way from the northern Mat-Su Valley down to the southern end of the Kenai Peninsula. If you’ve been waiting patiently for a hiking guidebook with comprehensive coverage of the Mat-Su Valley, this is it.

The official release date is April 1, but last I heard the printer is running a little ahead of schedule. So there’s a chance the book might be available a little sooner. Plus, as you can tell, it’s gorgeous.
